Problem
The appliance

Possible cause
You did not assemble

Solution
Press the upper body onto the lower body and
tighten the screw with a coin or a screwdriver.
Make sure that the mopping brushes and the
mopping brush cover are assembled correctly.
Close the mopping nozzle lid properly. Make sure
that you press the lid until it locks with a click.
Press the upper body onto the lower body with
some force and tighten the screw with a coin or a
screwdriver.
Fill the clean water tank.
Make sure that you place the clean water tank
properly and that the lever is locked.
Empty the dirty water tank.
Make sure that you place the dirty water tank
properly and that the lever is locked.
If the blue tank full/tank empty light flashes, the
clean water tank is empty and needs to be filled. If
the blue tank full/tank empty light lights up
continuously, the dirty water tank is full and needs
to be emptied.
Check all ventilation openings for any objects that
block the ventilation openings. If necessary,
remove these objects. Let the appliance cool
down before you continue cleaning.
Make sure that the mopping brushes are
assembled correctly. Place the mopping brush
cover into the mopping nozzle properly and then
close the mopping nozzle lid.
