Rail mounting thoroughly prepare
- Abtastschienen-Montagefläche überprüfen wie unter Punkt 2 und Montageflächen reinigen.
- Profil und Band erst aus der Originalverpackung nehmen, wenn die Umgebung sauber ist. (keine Schmutzpartikel, usw.)
- Check the rail-mounting-surface like in point 2 and clean it.
- Only take out the profile and the tape of the original packing when the environment is clean. (no dirtparticles, etc.)

2) Ausrichten und festschrauben
Adjustment and screw down firmly
Toleranzen/Tolerances 0,2 mm/m
an Stoßstelle 0,005 mm / on butt 0,005 mm
4) Wiederholen von Punkt 2 & 3 für weitere Messschienen
Repeat point 2 & 3 for next rails
Die Summe der Montageabweichung aller Profile für die
gesamte Messlänge darf die Toleranzen wie unter Pkt. 2 ange-
geben nicht überschreiten.
The sum of the assembly deviation of all profiles for the entire
measuring length may not exceed the tolerances as indicated
in point 2.
