The DUAL 1008 can alternatively be used as a record changer,
automatic record player or manual record player. In order
to make full use of all its features, it is recommended that
these instructions should be carefully read
The following are the advantages and outstanding features
offered by the DUAL 1008:
Plays all stereo-, LP- and 78-records automatically
Four speeds (162/; ‚33'/3, 45, 78 rpm)
Fully automatic indexing of record sizes 17, 25 and 30 cm
(7%, 10" and 12") also for single play
Automatic changing of up to ten records of different
diameters intermixed (provided that they are either
LP /stereo or 78 records and of the same speed)
e Instant change of record (reject)
e Stop key returning the tone arm to its rest position and
shutting off the unit
Self-stabilizing automatic changing spindle (without stabili-
zing-arm or -disc)
Records can easily be removed from the turntable without
removal of spindle
Excellent frequency response trough the DUAL wide-range
crystal cartridge CDS 520/3 (tracking weight 5—6 gramms)
