Assembly instruction
For proper assembly please perform build-up on a clean surface so as not to stain the
cover
1) Pull the diffusor cover over the glass rod and fi x the Velcro lightly.
2) Place the folded rod down on the fl oor paying attention that it doesn't slide.(fi g. 1)
3) Press the rod in order for the attachment to clamp (much like that of an umbrella).

The rod will noticeably attach.
Stretch the mechanism carefully, holding it tight in order to avoid injury as well as
a possible a backwards springing of the rod. you may get pinched.
ATTENTION! If you don't follow the instructions, you may get pinched.
4) Pay attention that the material covers the rod. The material is easily moveable. (fi g.
3)
5) Attach for your fl ash- the respective ambient soft box adapter (available separately)
in the speed ring entry and screw it in so as to ensure a secure position.(fi g. 4)
6) Adjust the Velcro fastener accordingly.(fi g. 5)
For disassembly please follow the instructions in the proper order:
1) Place the ambiance light soft box vertically and securely on the clean surface.
2) Loosen the Velcro fastener.
3) Press the rod in the same manner as an umbrella slightly further together in order to
loosen it.
4) Loosen the pressure carefully in order to avoid injury or a backwards springing of
the rod.
5) Remove the cover and set aside the Ambient Light Soft box in the middle pocket.
