Remove and set aside the cardboard and foam packaging.

To reduce risk of injury or damage to the device, have someone holding the Surface Hub steady at all times during unpacking.

Use scissors to carefully cut away the anti-static bag at the base of the shipping container. Make sure the scissors don't scratch any part of the
Surface Hub.
Then lift the bag up and off the Surface Hub.
