other countries do not need any license there.
In A, B, BG, CY, CZ, D, DK, EST, F, FIN, GB, GR, H, IRL, IS, L, LT, LV, M, MC, N, NL, P, PL, RO , S, SK , SLO, the CB
operation is free of license and free of charges.
