Calibration
The REFSCALE-S is calibrated at the factory to provide high
accuracy. While recalibration should seldom, if ever, be
necessary, a field calibration is performed easily without sending
the product to the manufacturer for service. A known calibration
weight (in kilograms) is required to perform the field calibration
the scale, and can be any value between 10 kg and 100 kg. Best
accuracy is obtained by using the largest weight available.
The calibration must be carried out using standardized weights.
The REFSCALE-S must be placed on a firm, flat surface.
