DAMAGE
Eltra NV can under no circumstances be held liable for damages of any kind, if the
appliance has not been installed correctly according to the prescribed installation
instructions, nor for damages resulting from unforeseen circumstances such as natural
disasters, lightning strikes,.... Consequently, all resulting costs are the sole responsibility
of the buyer and are not covered by the warranty conditions.
DISPOSAL AND RECYCLING
This device complies with EU legislation 2012/19/EU on end-of-life recycling.
The product must not be disposed of with normal household waste. Please
enquire about the separate collection of electrical and electronic products in
your region.
WARRANTY
The guarantee period is 2 years and commences on the date of purchase. During the
guarantee period Eltra nv will remedy all defects due to material or production faults.
Eltra nv can, at its discretion, either repair or replace the defective appliance.
Eltra nv is not obliged to repair or replace appliances if they have become defective
due to damage, improper use, modifications or alterations made after the purchase
date.
Return the defective appliance, together with the original proof of purchase to the
shop where the appliance was sold. Always add a note describing the problem.
