Debugging

This chart helps to find frequent errors and the measures for debugging.
Error
A connection to the EZE22 is
not possible.
Output signal is at the upper
or lower modulation limit
Output signal fluctuates (SG)

Possible Cause
Driver incorrectly or not installed.
Supply voltage is overloaded.
Power supply not connected.
Supply voltage is shortened.
Active-sensor or current-sensor is
connected to the SG input.
Supply voltage connected to sensor
input.
Open sensor input.
Cut-off frequency adjustment not
correctly set.

Debugging
Install driver package.
The first start-up of the EZE22
must be carried out with
administrator rights.
Check whether the connected
sensor corresponds to the
specifications of the EZE22. If the
sensor requires higher current
than available for the EZE22, this
sensor cannot be used together
with the EZE22.
Connect power supply.
Fix the short circuit.
Check on type label for which
input type has been configured for
the applied sensor connection.
Check/correct the pin assignment
Connect sensor
Set cut-off frequency as
described in chapter 5.2
