VTSSD/SMD – SMD TWEEZERS FOR DESOLDERING STATION VTSSD
1. Introduction
At the end of its life cycle, dispose of this product in accordance with local and national disposal regulations.
Thank you for buying the VTSSD/SMD! These SMD tweezers will enable you to handle SMD components easily and
effectively. The device works with 24V/2 x 30W and is ESD-safe.
2. Operation
1. Switch off the VTSSD, plug the tweezers into the connector and set the temperature knob to 250°C (480°F).
2. Switch the VTSSD on and apply a fair amount of rosin-core solder to the tip.
3. Wait 3 minutes and set the temperature control knob at the desired temperature.
Remark: Always use a tip designed specifically for this pair of tweezers. Other tips might damage the components.
3. Maintenance
The bits can be replaced by simply loosing the screws on the head of the bit adapter. The station must be switched
off and allowed to cool before this operation, as damage may result if the system is left on while no tips are mounted.
Mount the tips, align them and firmly tighten the screws with a screwdriver.
Optional desoldering tips: BITTW2 (2mm) ; BITTW5 (5mm) ; BITTW15 (15mm) ; BITTW30 (30mm).

nationale regelgeving inzake verwijdering.
Dank u voor uw aankoop! Met dit desoldeerpincet zult u gemakkelijk en efficiënt met SMD-componenten kunnen
werken. Het toestel werkt met 24V / 2 x 30W en is ESD-veilig.
2. Bediening
1. Schakel de VTSSD uit, sluit het pincet aan en zet de temperatuurregelaar op 250°C (480°F).
2. Schakel de VTSSD in en breng voldoende soldeersel op harsbasis aan op de tip.
3. Wacht 3 minuten en plaats de temperatuurregelaar op de gewenste temperatuur.
Remark: Gebruik altijd een tip specifiek ontworpen voor dit pincet. Andere tips kunnen de componenten beschadigen.
3. Onderhoud
De bits kunnen eenvoudigweg worden vervangen door de schroeven bovenaan de bitadapter los te draaien. Hiertoe
moet het station uit staan en afgekoeld zijn om schade te vermijden wanneer het toestel blijft aan staan zonder tips.
Plaats de tips, lijn ze uit en zet de schroeven stevig vast met een schroevendraaier.
