12. Warranty

Claims based on defects will fall under the statute of limita-
tions 12 months after delivery to the purchaser of the
goods. This shall not apply to rights of recourse of the pur-
chaser according to sections 478, 479 German Civil Code.
We shall assume liability for warranties supplied by us only
if the quality guarantee or service warranty has been sub-
mitted in writing and using the term "Warranty".
