Battery out of charge.
Battery not connected.
Safety switch cannot be initiated.
On / off switch failure.
Loose internal connections..

Poor lubrication, resulting in excessive friction.
Lubrication is not in place, resulting in excessive friction. Lubricate blade.
Dirty blade.

SOLUTION
Charge Battery.
Connect battery.
Open by initiating safety on
switch.
Send to repair service center.
