Open
EXPLORER along with the back-rests
and the foot braces.
ATTENTION: Take care not to damage
the boat when cutting open the box!
Check to see that all parts listed on the
parts list are present.
Remove the packing film and unroll the
boat body.
Close the inner part of the valve by
pressing on the centre of button and turn
it a quarter-turn at the same time.
ATTENTION: If using sail kit, these must
now be mounted. Please read the user
instructions enclose for the sail kit.
Put the tube of your pumping device
(foot pump, air pump, electric air pump)
along with the bayonet adapter into the
valve.
First pump up the floor and then the side

tubes to their approximate finished form.

Then pump your boat up to operation
pressure (0.3 bar).

Check pressure with the manometer on
your pump or with a precision test
manometer (special accessory).
Remove the air tube with the adapter
from the valve and close the valve with
the valve cap (bayonet stopper).
ATTENTION: Valve cup must be closed!
Do ensure 100 % air-tightness.
Push the foot brace in the foot brace
fittings.

obtuse angle this will be the right position.
