SENSOR INSTALLATION
3.1 CIRCUIT INSTALLATION
The sensor must be installed and connected to the power supply by means of a cable (not included
with the sensor).
The electrical connection should be made as shown in the diagram:
Brown - Phase
Blue - Neutral
3.2 SENSOR INSTALLATION
The sensor should be installed in a location that can measure the actual wind reaching the awning.
It must be placed in a place as protected from the rain as possible and maintaining the necessary
distance so that the awning can be opened without causing damage.

PAIRING THE WIND AND SUN SENSOR WITH
OUR AWNING
First of all, before starting to use the device, the wind sensor must be paired with the motor of our
awning, by means of the remote control.
01. Connect the sensor to the power supply. The numerical code "001" should be displayed on
the screen.
02. Press the P2 button on the awning's remote control (located on the back of the awning next to
the battery) twice in succession, within 3 seconds of each other. A beep is heard for each press.
03. Within 3s, press the P2 button of the wind and sun sensor once. You will hear several beeps
from the motor, as a signal that the motor configuration has been performed correctly.
This will synchronize the sensor with the awning motor. To check that the pairing is correct, unfold the
awning with the remote control, and once unfolded, press the "UP" button on the sun and wind sensor.
The awning should retract, if not, try repeating the process by disconnecting the sensor from the power
supply and waiting 10s to start the process again.
The wind and sun values can be modified to suit the needs of each awning. In case you want to cancel
any of the two options (sun or wind), the corresponding value can be set to "0".
5.
HOW THE WIND AND SUN SENSOR WORKS
The device features an adjustable wind intensity detection range of 0~180Km/h; and an adjustable
light intensity range of: 0~100Klux.
Once the wind intensity exceeds the set level for more than 3 seconds, the sensor will send signals to
the motor automatically to close the awning.
When the sunlight intensity exceeds the setting level (Klux) set by the customer for more than 2
minutes, the sensor will send signals to open the awning. After this action, the sensor will not detect the
sunlight intensity for 15 minutes.
When the sunlight intensity falls below the setting level continuously for more than 15 minutes, the
sensor will send signals to close the awning.
