1.- PRESENTATION AND INTRODUCTION
1.1 GENERAL
The SUPRACODE machine was designed in accordance with current EC safety
regulations.
Personal safety for the people who operate this kind of machine is based on:
• A well-designed personal safety programme.
• The implementation of a maintenance programme.
• Following the recommended advice.
• Compliance with the safety rules contained in this manual.
Although this machine can be installed with relative ease, you should not
attempt to install, adjust or operate the machine without first reading this user
manual.
The machine leaves our factory ready for use with all the standard components
in the machine already calibrated, and calibration operations are only required
for those tools that are incorporated later or are not included as standard
items.
1.2 TRANSPORT AND PACKAGING
The machine comes inside a packaging container with the following
dimensions:
Width = 500mm; Length = 700mm; Height = 600mm.
TOTAL weight = 49 kg (machine weight = 44 kg + package weight = 5 kg)
After unpacking the machine, check it carefully for any damage that may
have occurred during transport. If you find something out of the ordinary,
immediately notify the carrier and do nothing with the machine until the
carrier's agent has performed the corresponding inspection.

1.3 IDENTIFICATION LABEL
The SUPRACODE machine is provided with an identification label, which
specifies:
- The manufacturer's name and address
- The CE marking
- The year of manufacture
- The serial number
