1.Aufbau und Funktion

Das Kaltnebelgerät UNIPRO 5 besteht aus den
Hauptkomponenten Rahmen, Motor, Gebläse,
Wirkstofftank sowie Wirkstoff- und Luftführung.
Der Motor treibt das Gebläse über einen Riemen-
trieb an. Das Gebläse erzeugt einen Luftstrom mit
einem Überdruck von etwa 0,2 bar. Die Luft wird
über einen Schlauch zum Sprühkopf geleitet und
tritt dort aus. Der Überdruck von 0,2 bar wirkt auch
auf
den dicht verschlossenen Wirkstofftank. Durch den
Überdruck wird der Wirkstoff aus dem Wirkstoff-
tank gedrückt und über die Wirkstoffl eitung, mit
Wirkstofffi lter und Dosierdüse, zum Sprühkopf
gefördert, dort tritt er als Nebel aus.

1.Design and function

The fogger UNIPRO 5 consists of the main compo-
nents frame, engine, blower, solution tank, solution
line and air duct. The blower is driven by the engine
via a belt drive. The blower produces an air fl ow
with a positive pressure of appr. 0,2 bar. The air
fl ow is guided via a hose to the spray nozzle where
it escapes. The positive pressure of 0,2 bar also acts
on the sealed solution tank. Solution is pressed out
of the solution tank by the positive pressure and is
guided through the solution line with solution fi lter
and dosage nozzle to the spray nozzle where it es-
capes as fog.
