6. Commissioning, operation
6.1.2 Installing the instrument
The case is NOT rotatable. When rotating do not touch the display.

When screwing in the instrument, the force required to do this must not be applied
through the case, but only through the spanner flats provided for this purpose and
using a suitable tool.

The correct torque depends on the dimensions of the process connection and the
sealing used (form/material).
▶
This permitted torque must NEVER be exceeded.
▶
When screwing in, do not cross the threads.
▶
Assemble mounting, test and calibration installations once the system has been
depressurised (atmospheric).
▶
The instrument should be installed in such a way that process-related electrostatic
charges (e.g. caused by flowing media) can be excluded.
▶
If the message "OL" or "-OL" is displayed, the measuring range has been exceeded
and the pressure source must be removed immediately from the CPG1200 to prevent
damage to the internal sensor.

Electrical commissioning
The instrument can be operated both with 3 x 1.5 V AA batteries and also with a USB
power supply unit. Batteries are always included in delivery.
