Regolazione del settore
Il settore è regolabile da 40° a 360° (solo per il modello a settore
variabile). Tutti gli irrigatori Falcon
regolati in fabbrica approssimativamente a 180°. La regolazione si fa
partendo dal margine destro. Il margine sinistro è fisso.
Posizionamento del margine sinistro fisso (A)
1. Tirare la testina e girarla in senso antiorario fino al margine fisso
sinistro. Attenzione: Se la testina non gira facilmente in senso
A
antiorario, girarla prima in senso orario fino alla battuta
2. Quindi girare tutto il corpo fino a che la freccia indica la posizione
del margine sinistro desiderata.
Per aumentare il settore (B)
1. Mantenendo la testina sul margine fisso sinistro inserire il cac-
ciavite nel foro di regolazione del settore.
2. Girare il cacciavite in senso antiorario (+) per aumentare il settore.
3. Ogni giro completo del cacciavite in senso antiorario aumenterà il
B
settore di 45°.
4. Quando si arriva al settore massimo di 360° sentirete una
resistenza nella regolazione. Non regolate l'irrigatore oltre il
settore massimo.
Per diminuire il settore: (C)
1. Mantenendo la testina sul margine fisso sinistro inserire il
cacciavite nel foro di regolazione del settore.

2. Girare il cacciavite in senso orario (-) per diminuire il settore.
3. Ogni giro completo del cacciavite in senso orario diminuirà il set-
tore di 45°.
4. Quando si arriva al settore minimo di 40° sentirete una resistenza
nella regolazione. Non regolate l'irrigatore oltre il settore minimo.
Regolazione della gittata (La gittata può essere ridotta fino al 25%) (D)
1. Inserire il cacciavite nel foro di regolazione della gittata.
2. Girare il cacciavite in senso orario per diminuire la gittata.

Installazione del boccaglio
1. Inserire l'attrezzo estrattore nell'alloggiamento previsto, girare 90°
e sollevare il canotto. Installare il supporto fornito per mantenere il
canotto in posizione sollevata.
2. Girare la vite di regolazione della gittata in senso antiorario fino che
essa non blocchi più il boccaglio nella testina.
3. Inserire il boccaglio desiderato nell'alloggiamento finche il

boccaglio non sia a livello con la parte esterna del canotto.
4. Girare la vite di regolazione della gittata in senso orario per
bloccare il boccaglio nella testina.
5. Per rimuovere il boccaglio, svitare la vite di regolazione della gitta-
ta, quindi inserire la lama di un cacciavite piatto nel alloggiamento
nella parte inferiore sinistra del boccaglio e liberare il boccaglio.

Arc Adjustment
The arc is adjustable from 40° - 360° (PC units only). All part-circle
Falcon
®
6504 rotors are factory preset to approximately 180 degrees.
The rotor is adjusted from the right trip. The left trip is fixed.
Align Fixed Left Trip (A)
1. Pull up turret and turn to the left trip point (counterclockwise).
Caution: If the rotor does not turn easily, first turn it right (clock-
wise) to the right trip point.

2. Next, turn the body until the arrow points in the direction you want
to set the left edge trip.
To increase the arc: (B)
1. While holding the nozzle turret at the fixed left stop, insert screw-
driver into the adjustment socket.
2. Turn the screwdriver counter clockwise (+) to increase the arc.
3. Each full counterclockwise turn of the screwdriver will add
45 degrees of arc.

4. When the maximum arc of 360 degrees has been set, you will feel
some resistance in the adjustment screw. Do not adjust the rotor
beyond the maximum arc.
To decrease the arc: (C)
1. While holding the turret at the fixed left stop, insert screwdriver into
the arc adjustment socket.
2. Turn the screwdriver clockwise (-) to decrease the arc.

3. Each full clockwise turn of the screwdriver will remove 45 degrees
of arc.
4. When the minimum arc of 40 degrees has been set, you will feel
some resistance in the adjustment screw. Do not adjust the rotor
below the minimum arc.
Radius Adjustment: (radius can be reduced up to 25%) (D)
1. Insert screwdriver into the radius adjustment socket.
2. Turn the screwdriver clockwise to reduce radius.

Nozzle Installation
1. Insert the Pull-up Tool into the pull-up slot, turn 90 degrees, and lift
up stem. Use the hold up tool to support the riser in this extended
position.
2. Loosen the radius adjustment screw until it no longer obstructs the
nozzle opening in the nozzle housing.
3. Insert the color-coded nozzle firmly into the opening until it is flush

with the nozzle turret.
4. Tighten the radius adjustment screw clockwise to secure the
nozzle.
5. To remove the nozzle, first back out the radius adjustment screw.
Then insert a flat-head screwdriver into the slot in the lower right
side of the nozzle to pry it loose.
