WARNINGS
The nebulizer therapy appliance with piston type compressor is one of the most
effective tools for the treatment of respiratory conditions.
Store and use the appliance in environments protected from atmospheric agents
and far from any heat sources.
The therapy should be agreed with the doctor, who will inform the patient of the
most suitable medicine for the condition in question.
To maintain the device's effectiveness, it is recommended that you:
- replace the nebulizing cruet every 6 months or after a maximum of 120 treatments;
- replace the air filter after every 25 hours of operation.
Keep handy the guarantee, receipt of payment and these instructions for future
use and reference.
After removing the packaging, check the appliance for any signs of damage.
In case of visible damage, do not use it and contact a qualified technician.
The device has been designed and manufactured to operate in household
settings as a nebulizer / inhaler. All other types of use are incorrect and
consequently dangerous.
The inhalation of any substance should be agreed upon with your doctor, who
will inform you of the most suitable doses and how to take them.
Use the appliance only with medication prescribed by your own physician.
Keep all parts of the packaging out of the reach of children.
The appliance is not a toy: it is an electrical device and must be treated with
the necessary caution.
If the plug and socket are not compatible, has to be the socket replaced with a
suitable type by skilled persons.
Do not use adapters or extension cables which do not meet current safety
standards or that exceed the current carrying capacity limits.
The use of any electrical appliance requires that a number of basic rules
are observed, namely:
- Never touch the appliance with wet or humid hands.
- Do not let unattended children and invalids handle the appliance.
- Do not leave the appliance exposed to weathering (rain, sun).
- Do not subject it to rough handling.
The device is protected against the infiltration of liquids.
The device is not suitable for use in the presence of an inflammable anaesthetic
mixture with air, oxygen or nitrous oxide.
