W A R R A N T Y C O N D I T I O N S
1.
The manufacturer provides a 24-month warranty period for the product for which this warranty
card is issued.
2.
This warranty covers latent defects in material, or design of the appliance which prevent its use in
accordance with its intended purpose.
3.
The maximum warranty claim is equal to one times the purchase value of the device qualified by the
Guarantor for replacement. The guarantor will not bear any further costs caused by the faulty
operation of the device.
4.
The guarantee is valid in the territory of the Republic of Poland.
5.
Defects of the product revealed during the warranty period will be removed free of charge within
14 working days, counting from the day of delivery to the company's headquarters. This does not
apply to faults listed in item 14.
6.
Any changes to the entries on the Warranty Card and traces of alterations or attempts to make
structural changes to the product and independent repairs outside the authorised service centre, as
well as the use of the product, in particular careless handling, exposure to liquids, moisture,
exposure to corrosion or oxidation, disclosed during the warranty service, shall render the warranty
null and void.
7.
The warranty becomes void if the warranty seal or factory number is tampered with.
8.
The product is covered by the door-to-door warranty on the territory of Poland, so in the case of
a recognised complaint, transport to the service is carried out by courier at the manufacturer's
expense. The complaint should be reported via the service form on our website.
9.
The condition of repair is to deliver the product with a signed warranty card and a proof of
purchase of the product (receipt, invoice).
10.
The device should be properly packed and prepared for the courier. The service is not responsible
for damage during transport resulting from inadequately packed parcels.
11.
If any of the conditions of this guarantee are not fulfilled, the goods, in an unaltered state, will be
sent back at the buyer's expense.
12.
All correspondence, returns, complaints, should be addressed to the service address given on our
website.
13.
The guarantee for the sold consumer goods does not exclude, limit or suspend the rights of the
buyer resulting from the non-conformity of the goods with the contract.
14.
The guarantee does not cover deterioration of the product caused by normal wear and tear and the
following cases:
mechanical damage to the product and defects caused by it,
damages and defects caused by:
improper or non-compliant use, storage and maintenance,
using or leaving the product in unsuitable conditions (excessive humidity, too high or too low a
temperature, sunshine, etc.),
unauthorised (by the user or other unauthorised persons) repairs, modifications or structural
changes,
connection of additional equipment other than that recommended by the product manufacturer,
missionair
incorrect supply voltage, overvoltage in the supply system.
