Create tickets.

Connect the VCI to the OBD socket on
the vehicle.
2.
Open a web browser and enter
https://herthundbuss.obd.help in the
address bar.
3.
Enter your access details previously
received by e-mail and click login.
4.
Select the VCI from the device list.
5.
Switch on the ignition.
6.
Enter the FIN (if necessary). It is normal-
ly read in automatically.

cable and confirm with the Next button.
