It is normal for the diffusion to be invisible due to lighting or environmental factors.
It is recommended to use pure plant essential oils or volatile, non-sticky essential oils.
WARNING: Do not tilt the device when it is in operation. Do not lay the diffuser down if the
essential oil bottle is placed in the diffusion head. Do not remove the diffusion head when
the device is in operation.
WARNING: DO NOT USE THE DEVICE WITH AN EMPTY BOTTLE OR OPERATE IT WITHOUT A
BOTTLE INSIDE. IF YOU ARE NOT USING THE DEVICE FOR AN EXTENDED PERIOD, PERFORM A
COMPLETE CLEANING AND STORE THE DEVICE IN A DRY AND COOL PLACE, OUT OF REACH
OF CHILDREN.
V. MAINTENANCE
If the diffuser is used in accordance with the instructions in this manual, the only thing that
needs to be maintained is the diffuser head. To do this, you can follow the following
procedure:
• Remove the essential oil bottle.
• Use an empty bottle and fill it with white vinegar.
• Place it in the diffuser and diffuse for a few minutes to expel any remaining essential oils in
the hose and diffuser head. Please stand far enough away from the diffuser to avoid direct
contact with your face.
• Once the smell of vinegar begins to be noticeable, diffuse for another 10 minutes before
turning off the device. Rinse and dry the device.
For more thorough maintenance, please follow the procedure below:
• Remove the diffuser head from the diffuser and take out the essential oil bottle.
• Pull the hose to detach it from the diffuser head for cleaning. If it has residues of essential
oils, place it in a pot of room-temperature water and bring it to a boil. Then, allow the pot of
water to cool before removing the hose.
• Next, check the diffuser head to identify any traces of essential oil residues that may
hinder diffusion. If necessary, you can clean it with a cotton swab dipped in white vinegar.
Storage:
Store the device in a clean, dry place, out of the reach of children, having cleaned and dried
it.
VI. PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS
My diffuser is not diffusing or diffusing abnormally.
• Check if the device is turned on. Check the power source and battery level.
• Ensure that the diffusion head is in place and that the bottle is screwed correctly onto the
diffusion head. Turn on the device and check if air is coming out of the diffusion head.
• If no air comes out of the diffusion outlet, check if the hose is properly connected, then
clean the hose and diffusion head.
• Check if the bottle contains enough essential oil and that the hose is properly submerged
and touches the bottom of the bottle.
• Ensure that the hose submerged in the bottle is properly in place, connected to the
diffusion head, and not clogged with essential oil residues.
• Check that the alignment marks are properly aligned.
