WARNING!
In the inal applica on, it must be ensured that the instrument, f
even with medium temperatures > 70 °C, is not heated to over
70 °C.
When moun ng the pressure gauge, care should be taken
that the permissible opera ng temperature of the measuring
instrument is maintained, considering the efects of convec on
and thermal radia on!
For this the pressure gauge and the shut-of valve must be
protected by su iently long measuring lines or syphons. ffi
The inluence of temperature on the indica on and measuring
accuracy must be observed.
The efec ve maximum surface temperature is not only
dependant upon these instruments, but mainly on the respec ve
medium temperature! With gaseous substances, the temperature
may increase as a result of compression warming.
In these cases it may be necessary to thro le the rate of change
of pressure or reduce the permissible medium temperature.
