• Keep sound ventilation to avoid heat accumulation. Install the device at well-ventilated
places; don't block its ventilation opening.
• Transport, use and store the device within the range of allowed humidity and temperature.
• Heavy stress, violent vibration or water splash are not allowed during transportation, storage
and installation.
• Pack the device with standard factory packaging or the equivalent material when transporting
the device.
• Install the device indoors. Not suitable for outdoor use!
• Keep its upward in horizontal installation, and install it at stable places, and prevent it from
falling.

Operation and daily maintenance
• Do not dismantle the device because there is no component that can be fixed by users
themselves. Contact an authorized service point for check-up/repair.
• Protect this product from moisture, humidity, water and any other liquid. Avoid using/storing it
in extreme temperatures. Do not expose it to direct sunlight and sources of heat.
• It is recommended to use the device together with lightning arrester to improve lightning
protection effect.
• Use the soft, slightly damp cloth to clean the device. If the dust is difficult to be removed,
please wipe it away with a clean cloth wetted slightly by the mild detergent, and then use the
dry cloth to clean the device. Do not use volatile solvents like alcohol, benzene, thinner, or
strong detergent with abrasiveness, otherwise it will damage the surface coating.
• We are not liable for any problems caused by unauthorized modification or attempted repair.
• You can use air gun to remove the dust if the cover is stained with dust.
• This appliance may be used by children who are above 8 years old and by persons with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, if
they are supervised and guided by a person who is responsible for their safety in a cautious
manner, and all the safety precautions are understood and followed. Children should not
play with this device. Children should not perform cleaning and servicing of the device
unsupervised.
• Important: make sure the RJ45 cable's length is no longer than 100 meters and it is category
at least 6e!
Cyber security recommendations
• Upgrade firmware to the latest version regularly.
• Change passwords regularly and use strong passwords. User will have to configure his
own password immediately. It is recommended to configure a strong password. A strong
password should be made up of at least 8 characters and a combination of at least two:
special characters, numbers, and upper and lower case letters (follow the prompts on the
screen).
Warnings
Use the standard components provided by manufacturer and make sure the device is installed
and fixed by professional engineers.
