Any repair attempts by a customer or third party not authorised by Svans-Kiel will invalidate the
warranty. The same applies if parts are installed in or connected to the product that are not original

Explanation
No voltage
Device has reached the set
temperature
Thermostat incorrectly set
Water pressure too low
Shut-off valve not fully open

Too many devices in the
backup group
If the device does not work anymore, check if the fuse or the electrical
installation is faulty. Check the voltage directly at the input of the
device to make sure that it does not collapse. For your safety, the
water heater is equipped with a maximum temperature switch. The
unit will automatically turn off if there is excessive heating. In this
case, turn off the unit for a few minutes by turning the temperature
switch to Off and let the unit cool down. After approx. 20 minutes, the
unit can be switched on again.
