Connection to the power supply
The water heater is designed for 12 volts DC only.
Voltage range: 10-14.6 volts Current connection: 200W/16A
The fuse protection of the water heater - 200Watt – 20A
Before connecting to the power supply network, be sure to fill the water tank with water !
Operation
1. To switch on the unit, press the switch on the left; when it lights up red, the unit is in
operation.
2. Set the desired temperature on the knob on the right.
ECO: energy saving mode +/- 65°C setting the best ratio between energy consumption and
hot water yield.
3. When the set water temperature is reached on the rotary switch on the right, the control lamp
goes out, Although the switch is on. (The set water temperature has been reached).
4. As long as the main switch remains on, the boiler will maintain the set water temperature by
switching on only for a short time, visible on the indicator light, which will then light up again.
E = Energy saving mode 65°C - To prevent the growth of bacteria in the water, it is
recommended to set the water temperature to at least 60°C. This also reduces the risk of

Frost protection / Winter operation
-Due to the integrated expansion vessel, the boiler does not have to be drained for winter
operation!
You only have to depressurise your water system by switching off the water pump and opening
all taps and fittings for winter operation, thus protecting the boiler but also preventing damage to

If the appliance is to be emptied anyway, the following three options should be selected;
1. To prevent freezing, start the water heater and turn the control knob to the frost position.
The water temperature is automatically kept at 7°C. The current consumption is then: -
0,5A/hour. It is suitable for the duration of 1-10 days.
2. Take off both water hoses, put one hose on the inlet side (blue) and suck once.
The tank runs empty (suction effect) Make sure that the water hose is long enough.
Make sure that the water hose is long enough, preferably when the hose is out of the vehicle,
-must be deeper than the tank. (Suction effect).
3. Remove the hot water tank. To do this, disconnect the two water connections and power
cables Unscrew the boiler, turn the water tank upside down (180 degrees) until the
water hasdrained out until the water has drained out.
