-Put the washer back on top of the planetary gears. The
washer must fit inside the ring
-Clean the screws from old Loctite
-Put the gearbox careful on the motor
-Check the right positioning by turning the outputshaft with
your fingers
-Put a small quantum of Loctite 222 on the screws just
before mounting
-Turn the screw careful in
-Screw on opposite sides to avoid bending the gearbox by
mounting
-Check this by turning the outputshaft
-Please take care that you do not damadge the screws and
the threads by lock to much
-Normal "torque" is quite O.K.
Turn the outputshaft. The gearbox must run without any jerk!Take care that you do not make a shortcut on the wires
by holding the motor.
Only when the motor runs O.K. you are allowed to put the motor back into the model.
Make the first run very careful! If you feel or hear any unnormal noise, stop immediately and disconnect the
battery!
