- Seite 4 MEGAPULS 250 ist auch für den hängenden Transport geeignet. ACHTUNG: Das Befestigen der Einheit MIG - COOL CART 100 mit der MEGAPULS 250 zum hängenden Transport wie z.B. an Seilen oder Ketten ist nur unter Verwendung der Kranösen und dem Griff vom MIG – COOL CART 100 erlaubt.
- Seite 5 Wert sinkt, schaltet das Schweißgerät automatisch das Wasserkühlgerät ab und gibt eine Fehlermeldung aus. Die beiden Lüfter und die Pumpe vom Wasserkühlgerät MIG - COOL CART 100 und MIG - COOL 100 werden bedarfsorientiert immer dann eingeschaltet, wenn geschweißt wird.
- Seite 6 Kühlung des Brenners zu erreichen, sollte der Vorratsbehälter vollständig gefüllt sein. Gegebenenfalls Kühlflüssigkeit nachfüllen. Verwenden Sie nur Original-Rehm-Kühlflüssigkeit (Bestell-Nummer 168 0075). Der Netzanschluss des MIG - COOL CART 100 bzw. MIG - COOL 100 erfolgt über die MIG/MAG Schweißstromquelle MEGAPULS 250.
- Seite 7 Kühlmittel sind umweltgefährdend; sie dürfen nicht in die Kanalisation abgelassen werden. Entsorgen Sie diese Mittel über entsprechende Problemstoff-Sammelstellen. Werden Wartungs- oder Reparaturarbeiten an diesem Gerät durch Personen ausgeführt, die nicht von REHM ausgebildet und zu diesen Arbeiten autorisiert sind, so erlischt gegenüber REHM der Garantieanspruch.

Transport und Aufstellung Das MIG - COOL CART 100 / MIG - COOL 100 ist zusammen mit dem MIG/MAG-Schweißgerät MEGAPULS 250 als kompakte Einheit montierbar (siehe Kapitel 4).
