12. Disposing
12.1 Packaging
The packaging material is recyclable.
► Dispose of the packaging in an environmental-
ly friendly manner and take it to the regional col-
lection of recyclables.
12.2 Lighting
As the owner of an old electrical or electronic de-
vice to be disposed of, you are legally obliged to
dispose of it separately from unsorted municipal
waste due to the European WEEE Directive and
the German ElektroG, because improperly dis-
posed of products or their toxic and dangerous
components have a lasting effect on the health
of people, animals and plants can damage. In
doing so, you are making a significant contribu-
tion to reuse, recovery and recycling. The manner
of shipment or collection are subject to regional
and contractual conditions and can be reques-
ted from the public waste management autho-
rity and the distributor. The latter are in principle
obliged to take back old devices free of charge,
regardless of whether they were purchased new.
Illegal disposal is punishable by law. Before hand-
ing it in at a regional disposal point, carry out the
following tasks:
► Remove old batteries and accumulators from
the device if they are part of the product and can
be removed.
► Remove lamps and light sources if they are part
of the product and can be removed from the old
device without causing damage or injury.

The symbol of the crossed-out dustbin with a bar
on the product accompanying documentation
and/or packaging indicates the classification and
registration of a product as electrical or electronic
equipment and the associated disposal modali-
ties in accordance with the european WEEE Di-
rective and german ElektroG.

12.3 Dressing table and mirror
This product does not belong in household waste.
At the end of its service life, return it free of charge
to the producer, point of sale or public collection
points set up for this purpose.
Details of disposal are regulated by the respective
national law. Valuable materials are fed into the
recycling cycle in order to gain new raw materials
from them.
The following recyclables are collected in munici-
pal collection points:
• Waste glass, plastics, scrap metal, sheet metal
and much more.
With this type of recycling of old products you
make an important contribution to the protection
of our environment.
13. EU Declaration of Conformity
The distributor hereby declares that the named
product meets the applicable European mini-
mum requirements.
