10.4 Using the tare function
1. Place a suitable holder onto the weighing plate (1). Wait until the display
stabilizes and shows the weight.
2. Press the TARE (5) button.
The display will show the value "0.00".

3. Place the object you want to weigh in the container. Wait until the display
stabilises.
The net weight of the object will be displayed.

4. Remove the container with the object from the weighing plate (1).
10.5 Using the counting function
The counter function allows you to count the quantity of several objects with the
same weight (e.g. small screws).
1. Place 25, 50, 75 or 100 of the objects you want to weigh on the weighing plate
(1). Wait until the display stabilises.
2. Press and hold the PCS button (3) until "pcs" appears on the display.
3. Press the MODE button (4) repeatedly until the number of objects placed on the
weighing plate is displayed (25, 50, 75 or 100).
4. Press the PCS (3) button.
The reference value will be stored until you set a new value.

5. Place the objects that you want to count onto the weighing plate.
The display will show the number of objects.

6. Remove the objects from the weighing plate (1).
7. Press the MODE button (4) to return to the normal weighing mode.
