Warranty

You have purchased a high-quality pro-
duct.TEPRO GARTEN GmbH offers a
warranty for the product under given war-
ranty conditions for normal, recreational
and non-industrial use up to 24 (twenty-
four) months from date of purchase for all
components in respect to defectiveness
and workmanship.
This warranty excludes parts subject to
wear and tear such as grill racks, charco-
al grids and burners, as well as irregula-
rities and color differences in enameling,
peeling paint caused by burnt-in grease,
light corrosion such as flash rust. In the
case of a warranty claim, all other costs
shall be carried by the buyer, including
working time, transportation, freight and
packaging.
The distributor reserves the right to car-
ry any incurred costs alone or to charge
costs to the buyer. This warranty does
not include malfunction or user difficulties
arising from willful damage, misuse, alte-
ration, improper use, careless use, wear,
improper assembly or poor maintenance.
