Montage des Zahnrads ( 230 ) am Zahnradchassis
( Fig 31 + Fig 31a)
Bringen Sie das Zahnrad ( 230 ) in die korrekte Position.
Drehen Sie das Zahnrad ( 230 ) so lange, bis die Bohrung im
Zahnrad ( 230 ) mit der Bohrung im Zahnradchassis ( 205 ) @
ubereinstimmt.
Das Zahnrad ( 230 ) laBt sich nicht bewegen, wenn das Re -
duktionsgetriebe ( 234 ) ( 232 ) und der Motor eingebaut sind.
Wenn das Befestigungsteil ( 256 ) und das Zahnrad ( 234 ) entfernt
werden, laBt sich das Zahnrad ( 230 ) frei bewegen.
Um das Befestigungsteil (256 ) zu entfernen, drehen Sie es in
Richtung 6 und bewegen es anschlieBend in Richtung G6.
Nach korrekter Justierung des Zahnrads ( 230 ) so wie oben
beschrieben Zahnrad ( 234 ) und Befestigungsteil (256 ) wieder
befestigen.

Mechanical adjustment
Chassis caulking assy's gear ( 230 )
( fig 31 + fig 31a)
Adjust the position of the gear ( 230 ).
Rotate the gear ( 230 ) to align the hole of the gear { 230 ) with that
of the chassis caulking ass'y (205 ) @.
The gear ( 230 ) will not move if the reduction gears ( 234 ) ( 232 )
and motor are fixed. The gear ( 230 ) can be moved freely by
removing the fixing hardware (256) and removing the gear ( 234 ).
To remove the fixing hardware (256), rotate in the direction @ and
move in the direction @ .
After aligning the position of the gear of the hole ( 230 ), attach the
gear ( 234 ) then the fixing hardware ( 256 ).
