Before first use
Check the set to ensure that it is complete and no damage has occurred in transit. Details of what is supplied with
the set that you purchased can be found on the packaging or the separate insert sheet.
Remove the packaging material and any stickers attached to the product for protection during transit or for
advertising purposes.
Clean all parts before the first use to remove any production residue (see also "Care and cleaning").
Using
Getting the product ready
„ Open the stand and place the product on the work surface.
„ Attach funnel

Unlock the flap on the front of the main unit and open it.

Push the funnel into the guide
„
Position the collecting tray under the product (the recess in the tray fits onto the stand).
Inserting/changing the slicing inserts
„ Unlock the flap on the front of the main unit and open it.
„ Insert the desired slicing insert with the lower edge first and snap it into place.
„ To remove, release from the main unit using the small lug on the top edge and carefully remove.
„ Close the flap.
Cutting food
„ If necessary, remove stones, seeds, bones, etc. from the food and push it into the funnel.
„ Secure with the finger protection and press lightly towards the finger protection.
„ Move the handle downwards to cut slices/strips or for chips.
Tips
„ Cutting meat: Freeze beforehand and allow to thaw for approx. 10-15 minutes to defrost.
„
Large food: Cut to fit the funnel.
Care and cleaning
„ Remove slicing inserts, open flap and rinse product under running water immediately after use.
„ The individual parts can be cleaned in the upper basket of your dishwasher. To maintain the quality and
sharpness of the blades in the long term, we recommend cleaning the slicing inserts by hand.
„ Leave all parts to dry completely before stowing away.
„ Keep the product out of reach of children.
„ Use a washing-up brush or similar implement to clean the blades.
Disposal
In the event that the product and/or accessories can no longer be used, they should be disposed of with the
household rubbish. It can be disposed of by the municipal waste management services.
