4. Installing the Front Wheel and Front Basket Support
1. Remove the 2 sets of nuts and washers from the front wheel (13). Place them nearby.
2. Insert the wheel onto the frame's front fork.
3. Replace the washers, front basket support and nuts on the wheel.
4. Tighten them with an adjustable wrench.
5. Installing the Front Fender with Fender Supports
1. Remove the nut from this part of the front frame. Place it nearby.
2. Insert the front fender (12) through the front frame above the front wheel. Replace the
nut and tighten it.
3. Remove the bolts on the front hub and put it nearby.
4. Secure the 2 fender supports on each side of the front hub.
