Mähwerk in Arbeitsstellung bringen.
Beide Verbindungsbänder am Tuch des
Frontschutzes (1) öffnen.
Heben Sie den Schirm (2).
Mit einem Zweckschlüssel (3) Messer
wechseln oder umdrehen, wie auf dem Bild
dargestellt. Dabei auf die Richtung der
Messerkennzeichnung (5) nach links und
rechts und auf die Rollendrehrichtung
während des Mähens achten!
Beim Wechsel darauf achten, dass das
Messer richtig auf dem Bolzen angebracht
ist – RICHTIG (6a); FALSCH (6).
Beide Verbindungsbänder am Tuch des
Frontschutzes (1) schließen.
Neue Messer für links und rechts getrennt
in
der
Messerbox
aufbewahren. Deckel mit der Hand offen
halten!
Zweckschlüssel
Mähbalkenhalterung anbringen und mit
einem Klappstecker vor dem Herausfallen
sichern.
Richtige
Messerstellung
Rollendrehrichtung.
Ist eine Schneidekante abgenutzt, wird
das Messer lediglich umgedreht und
die zweite Schneidekante eingesetzt
(immer paarweise).
Das eingelegte Messer muss beweglich
eingespannt sein.
Beim
Anbringen
unbedingt überprüfen, dass das Messer
richtig
auf
Messerträgers angebracht ist!

Place the mower in the working position.
Unfasten the connection straps on the front
protective canvas (1).
Lift the curtain (2).
Replace or reverse the blade with the
special key (3), as shown in the figure. Pay
attention to the left and right direction
marks on the blades (5) and the drum
rotation direction during mowing.
When replacing the blades, make sure that
the blade is correctly installed on the pin –
CORRECT (6a); INCORRECT (6).
Fasten the connection straps on the front
protective canvas (1).
Store the new left and right blades in the
box with the cover (4). Hold the cover open.
Reinstall the special key to the cutter bar
frame and protect it from falling off by using
a tractor pin.
The correct blade position is the one in
which the blade is facing the drum
rotation direction.
When one cutting edge is worn out,
simply reverse the blade and use the
other cutting edge (always in pairs).
Make sure the inserted blade is flexibly
mounted.
When installing the blade, make sure
that the blade is correctly installed on
the blade support pin.
