Support standard silencer using suitable aids and
secure against falling.

Cut bracket on exhaust pipe and lower standard
exhaust system slightly.

Using an air saw or similar, cut standard exhaust
pipe at the cut marking previously made.
Remove standard silencer.
Deburr cut edge with a file or similar, and paint with
heat-resistant, matt black paint.

Remove bracket from standard silencer and fit to AC
Schnitzer silencer.
Remove exhaust flap motor from standard silencer
and install on AC Schnitzer silencer with the coil
spring supplied. Use the standard fixing bolts.
When fitting the exhaust flap motor, please check
the following:
