WARRANTY
•
This garden shed is made of northern spruce from forests compliant with sustainable forest manage-
ment, and the wood is FSC certified. Its extremely slow growth makes this material highly resistant.
The wood is artificially dried to ensure uniform quality.
•
The shed you have purchased is covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects and premature
wear for a period of 2 years from the date of receipt by the consumer, subject to compliance with the
manufacturer's assembly recommendations and maintenance standards.
•
Wood is a natural material that may contain tolerable anomalies such as knots or clusters of knots,
cracks, splits within knots, resin, and twisting. This means that non-adhering knots, cracks within
knots, drying cracks, straight cracks, and twists are acceptable as long as assembly is still possible
and resin flows are limited.
•
If a part is found to be defective during the warranty period, your sole remedy will be the repair or repla-
cement of the defective part in accordance with the procedures defined by Sweeek customer service.
•
The implementation of the Sweeek (WALIBUY) warranty is carried out by replacing the damaged
parts, with round-trip shipping costs borne by the buyer.
•
This warranty does not apply in cases of abuse, improper assembly, or misuse. This shed is designed
to withstand normal wind conditions when assembled according to the instructions in this manual.
•
The manufacturer is not liable for any consequences resulting from non-compliance with these instruc-
tions or damages caused by weather conditions or force majeure.
•
Our sheds are intended for use in a private and personal setting. Any use in a professional setting
automatically voids all warranties. Sweeek cannot be held responsible for the materials or items stored
inside the shed under any circumstances.
LIST OF WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

Natural aging, normal wear and tear
•
Damage caused by termites and other animals
•
Damage or defects due to external causes (accident, shock, lightning, strong wind, etc.)

Damage resulting from improper assembly
•
Failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions
•
Any repair or damage suffered by the product after a repair carried out without prior agreement on
our part
•
Makeshift or temporary repairs as well as the consequences of any possible worsening of the resulting
damage
•
Replacement of worn parts
•
Damage resulting from use which is not suited to the main purpose of the product
•
Damage caused by storage, choice of location, assembly, weather or poor maintenance
•
The replacement of parts not indicated on the delivery note which are missing/damaged upon receipt
