STORING THE BOX BEFORE ASSEMBLING
•
Store the box on a flat surface, away from sunlight and bad weather.
•
We recommend you to unpack the product components 48 hours before installing it and to store it in a
covered place, so that the wood can be adapted to the moisture content of the air.
•
The package and parts should be laid flat on the ground in order to avoid any deformation.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
•
This instruction manual contains all the information you need to assemble your cabin. Read all ins¬truc-
tions before you begin and follow each step carefully during assembly.
•
The wooden parts may cause splinters. Handle the wood carefully. Please wear work gloves, protective
glasses and long sleeves when assembling or carry out any maintenance tasks on your storage unit to
prevent injury.
•
Keep children and pets away from the assembly or maintenance area to avoid any distractions or acci-
dents. Any plastic bags or small components must be kept out of reach of children.
•
Be extremely careful if using a stepladder, lose your balance and fall. Make sure that the stepladder is fully
extended and is on a completely flat surface. Don't support the ladder on the storage cabin whilst it's not
fully built. Never mount the ladder on the roof of the storage cabin.
•
Use the assembly tools with caution. Before use, familiarise yourself with each of the tools and take note
of the safety instructions.
•
Take great care and maintain concentration throughout the assembly process. Do not attempt to as-
semble your shed if you feel tired, have taken medication, have consumed alcohol or suffer from vertigo.
•
Do not attempt to assemble the shed if you notice that there are components missing or if you do not have
enough time to finish assembling it on the same day. Never leave your shed partially assembled as it may
be seriously damaged, even by light winds.
•
Don't assemble the storage cabin in humid, or windy conditions.
•
Don't build the storage cabin on a slope.
•
Only tighten the screws completely once you've finished assembling the storage cabin (after positioning
the side walls and the door panels square)!
•
Don't use the shelter to store any heat producing apparatus (barbecue, blow torch, etc)
