Maintenance.
Change oil first time after 100 hours of operation. Subsequent changes of oil are required after every
3000 hours of operation.
Change of oil:
1. Drain off oil removing the oil plug under the oil tank.
2. Clean the oil tank after the oil has been drained off.
3. Fill with hydraulic oil up to the marking on the test prod
4. Bleeding: Operate the piston to max. Stroke and return fully. Repeat this 4 – 5 times.
Oil quantity: 30 liter.

Decommissioning:
If the press should ever be scrapped, drain off the oil into an approved container and dispose it at an
