How to operate the electro-hydraulic pump:
The control valve (handle H) has three positions:
DOWN
The piston returns into the cylinder.
NEUTRAL
The movement of the piston stops.
UP
The piston moves downwards in direction of the item -
(The piston moves out of the cylinder).
IMPORTANT !
As soon as the user moves his hand from the handle - The movement of the piston stops immediately!
DO NOT use the press in case the movement doesn't stop immediately as the handle is released.
Adjustment of pressure:
By adjusting the manoeuvring valve (G), the pressure can be adjusted within the range of,
min. and max. pressure.
The adjusted pressure can be fixed at a certain pressure, by fastening the nut.
Hereby the same pressure could be repeated.
Lifting / Pulling with the press piston:
On this press you are able to use the press piston, for lifting / pulling.
When lifting / pulling the force may never exceed 1000kg.
Be aware! Do not adjust the press to be able, to use more force than 1000kg when lifting / Pulling.
Moveable Cylinder:
EP100 D F Press has a moveable Cylinder.
Before moving the cylinder, you have to loosen brake (A).
This is done by turning the handle(A) in counter clockwise direction.
Now you are able to move the cylinder sideways, by turning hand wheel (B),
until the cylinder reaches the wanted position.
When the cylinder has reached the wanted position,
you have to lock It fest again, by turning brake handle (A) in direction clockwise,
and tighten it hard by hand.
BE AWARE! THE PRESS MAY NOT BE USED WITH BRAKE (A) LOOSENED.
