Chapter IV: Product operation and precautions

I. Operation
1. Prepare a container with a milk mixture (more than 1500ml), ensuring it is sterilised in
advance.
2. Add pure milk and yoghurt strains into the prepared container (approx. 1300ml) and
stir evenly.
3. Disinfect the glass in advance, pour the evenly stirred milk mixture into the glass and
cover it. Place the glass in the product and cover the product.
4. Plug in the power socket and press the power switch.
5. Press the 'Set / View' key to select the function. When the indicator light is on, it
means that the function has been selected. After selection, press '+' or '-' to adjust the
timer (1-48 hours) and temperature (25-50°C). If the temperature for the yoghurt is
42°C, the timer should be set at eight hours.
6. After adjusting the settings, press the 'start/cancel' key to start the appliance (note: the
default timer is 8 hours. The default temperature is 42°C). After starting the product,
the function cannot be adjusted.
