Ölkühler
1. Demontage /
demounting
Die Demontage des Ölkühlers erfolgt
entsprechend der Richtlinien des
Automobilherstellers. Entfernen Sie dazu
Frontstoßstange und Unterboden. Bevor Sie
weitere Fahrzeugteile demontieren: Entleeren
Sie den Kühlmittelkreislauf (Schlauch NT-
Kühler vorne links) und lassen Sie das Motoröl
(Ölwanne) ab (1).
The intercoolers are dismantled according to the
guidelines of the automobile manufacturer. To
do this, remove the front bumper and
underbody. Before you dismantle other vehicle
parts: drain the coolant circuit (hose on the low-
temperature radiator, front left) and drain the
engine oil (oil pan) (1).
Entfernen Sie anschließend: Schlossträger,
linke Luftführung, Quertraverse,
Niedertemperatur-Kühler, Motorwasserkühler.
Der Klimakondensator kann zur Seite
gehangen werden (2).
Then remove: lock carrier, left air duct,
crossbar, low-temperature radiator, engine
water cooler. The air conditioning condenser
can be hung to the side (2).
Demontieren Sie im nächsten Schritt das
Ölfiltergehäuse mit dem dazugehörigen,
serienmäßigen Ölkühler (3). Achten Sie darauf,
dass keine Kühlmittelreste in den Ölkreislauf
gelangen und umgekehrt.
In the next step, dismantle the oil filter housing
with the associated, standard oil cooler (3).
Make sure that no coolant residues get into the
oil circuit and vice versa.
