1. Once lit set the Knob to the required position
2. Always visually confirm the burner head has flames before replacing the griddle
3. Should the burner go out while in operation, turn the gas valve knob to the off position remove
the dome and griddle wait five minutes, then try and relight the SAfire as described above
4. BURN BACK i.e. Ignition under the burner head. If this occurs Immediately switch off the valve
knob and the close the Tank valve and stand back until the flame goes out return the SAfire to
your local dealer for inspection
