Troubleshooting

Solution
When the speaker is failed to connect with the router, which it will continuously
connect for three minutes. During this period, you cannot convert the mode of
speaker so the key is invalid. Please reboot your router and reset your speaker
connect to the router again.
Reboot the router and speaker may solve it.
Close the player on your mobile phone or computer, disconnect the WI-FI connec-
tion and then
reconnect it.
Due to our speaker support the decoding of high bit rate audio file, for the purpose
of ensuring the play fluency, which need to have parts of files read into memory
first. So please kindly wait for 5-10 seconds.
