USING WEIGHTS
For the convenience of weighing the ingredients, the bread
maker has electronic scales (12).
After transporting or storing the device in cold
(winter) conditions it is necessary to keep it at room
temperature for at least two hours.
Preparation for work
•
Remove the scale from the packaging, remove any stick-
ers that interfere with the operation of the device.
•
Wipe the weighing platform (43) and the body of the
scale with a soft, slightly damp cloth,then wipe dry.
•
Installing batteries
•
Open the battery cover (42) and install two «AAA» batter-
ies, strictly observing the polarity.
•
Replace the battery cover (42).
Battery replacement
•
When the battery voltage is low, the contrast of the read-
ings on the display (44) will decrease and the symbol
«Lo» will appear on the display (44).
•
If the scale is turned off due to low battery, or the «Lo»
symbol appears on the display (44), replace the battery.
To do this, open the battery cover (42), remove the used
batteries, then install new ones, strictly observing the
polarity. Then close the battery cover.
•
If the scale is not used for a long time, remove the bat-
teries from the battery compartment.
Control buttons
The control buttons of the scale are touch-sensitive
(sensitive to touch), therefore, to operate the buttons, it
is enough to lightly touch the designated place for each
button.
WEIGHING INGREDIENTS
Place the scale on a flat, stable surface.
1. To turn on the scale, touch the
first the symbols «18888» will appear on the display, and
then the symbol «0» will appear on the display.
Notes:
–
The display (44) showing the symbol «0» indicates that
weighing can be started.
–
When installing or replacing the battery, the weight units
are «g» (default).
–
If the readings on the display (44) are not zero, touch the
button (41) «Z/T» and the readings will be reset to zero.
By touching the «UNIT» button (45) sequentially, select
the necessary units of weight measurement, the following
symbols will be displayed on the display (44):
«g» – weight of the product(s) in grams;
«lb» – weight of the product(s) in pounds;
«oz» – weight of the product (products) in ounces;

For weighing liquid and bulk products, install a suitable
container on the platform (43), then, by touching the but-
ton (41) «Z/T», reset the display readings. On the display
(44), on the left side, the tare weight compensation sym-
bol
container is more than 120 g.

Place the weighing ingredients on the platform (43).
The display (44) will show their weight depending on the
selected units of measurement.
–
To turn off the scale, remove the ingredients from the
platform (43) and touch the

The appearance of the «EEEE» symbols on the display
(44) indicates that the maximum permissible weight of
3 kg has been exceeded. Urgently remove the load from
the scales to prevent damage.

The scales automatically turn off if you do not use them
for more than 6 minutes.
HOLD mode
To save the weighing result on the display (44) before
removing the measured product, touch the «HOLD» button
(46). HOLD will appear on the display (44) and the result of
the last measurement will remain on the display (44) even
after you remove the ingredients from the platform (43).
To continue weighing, tap the «HOLD» button (46) again.
Note:
–
The readings on the display (44) will be kept for about
6 minutes. Until the scale is disabled.
SEQUENTIAL WEIGHING
If you want to measure the weight of several ingredients
sequentially without removing the previous ingredients
from the platform (43), follow the steps listed below.
«ON/OFF» button (40), 1. Install the scale (12) in the mounting recesses of the
bread maker body or on a flat surface.
2. To turn on the scale, touch the
(40), and the «0» symbol will appear on the display.
Note: – The display (44) showing the symbol «0» indicates
that weighing can be started. If the readings on the display
(44) are not zero, touch the button (41) "Z/T" and the
readings will be reset to zero.
3. By touching the «UNIT» button (45) sequentially, select
the necessary units of measurement –«g» –«lb» – «oz».
4. Place the desired amount of the first ingredient on the
platform (43), referring to the numerical readings on the
display (44).
