(20). The finished bread will keep warm for 60 minutes after the
completion of the automatic baking program. If you need to
take out the bread, turn off the heat maintenance function by
pressing and holding the button
Note:

Never open the lid (3) during the process of making bread,
with a sharp change in temperature, the dough may fall off
and will not rise again.
–
The process of making bread can be controlled through the
viewing window (4) in the lid (3).
ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS
Adding ingredients
–
The device is equipped with a tray (6) for automatic addition
of ingredients (pieces of fruit, nuts, etc.) during the dough
kneading process.
–
Load the ingredients into the tray (6) before starting the
automatic program.
–
During the automatic program, the bottom cover of the tray
(6) will open and the ingredients will be added to the dough.
Note: the function of adding ingredients during operation is
not available for programs: «Dough» (7), «Baking» (8), «Jam»
(10), «Kneading» (11).
Memory
–
In case of emergency power cutoff during the bread maker
operation, the memory function with the duration of up to
10 minutes is activated.
–
If the power supply is restored within 10 minutes, the bread
maker will continue to perform the pre-set program from
the moment the program operation has been stopped at.
–
If there is no power for more than 10 minutes it is neces-
sary to load the ingredients, set and switch the automatic
program on again.
Maintaining the temperature
–
The bread maker automatically maintains the temperature
of the cooked bread for 60 minutes after the end of the bak-
ing program. If you want to take out the bread, first press
the button
(24) to turn it off.
Display backlight
–
Pressing any button on the control panel (2) turns on the
backlight of the display (20) for 20 seconds.
BREAD MAKER USE
Before plugging the bread maker in make sure that the oper-
ating voltage of the unit corresponds to the voltage of your
mains.
Notes: During the first operation some smell from the heating
element is possible, this is normal.

Notes: before installing the paddle (8) grease it with some mar-
garine or vegetable oil for easy removal from the fresh bread.

Notes: yeast should not come into contact with liquids or salt
before kneading the dough. Make a small well in the flour and
place the yeast in it. The maximum weight for flour is 490 g,
and for yeast is 4 g. Please do not exceed these values when
composing your baking recipes.

Note: Skip the delay time setting if you want to start the set

Open the lid (3) and make sure that the baking form (7) and
the paddle (8) are installed to their places.
Place the ingredients in the mold (7) in the sequence
described in the recipe. Usually the ingredients are placed
in sequence (Fig. 1)
1. liquids;
2. dry ingredients (sugar, salt, flour);
3. yeast and leaven.
Remove spilled products or spilled liquids from the outer
surface of the mold (7).
Close the lid (3).
Place in the tray (6) the necessary ingredients that will be
automatically added during the kneading process (fruit
pieces, nuts, etc.).
Insert the mains plug into the socket, an audible signal will
sound, the backlight (20) will turn on on the display and the
following symbols will be displayed (Fig. 2).

In the process of kneading the dough, the bottom lid of the
container (6) will automatically open, and extra ingredients
will be added to the dough.
