Power failure:
If the appliance is disconnected from the mains cable or is no longer receiving power due to
another cause (e.g. power outage) the "power failure" error notification appears in the
display and the background lighting is dimmed. (Note: The display remains in this state
for min. 12 hours or until the power supply is resumed). The green light, which indicates
proper operation of the appliance, is extinguished. In the interim, the red LED starts to light up
and the installed buzzer commences a signal. In this case, the buzzer can be switched off with
the "Alarm off" button. When the power supply or mains voltage is switched on again, the error
notification disappears after acknowledgement and normal operation is resumed. The device is in
emergency mode and is switched back to normal mode by acknowledgement.
Caution: Only possible when the mains voltage is present again.
Exceeding and falling short of the reference temperature:
If the factory set 5 °C is exceeded or fallen short of by 3 °C, the red LED starts to light up
and the buzzer sounds. The buzzer can be switched off with the „Alarm off" button.
The "reference temperature" notification appears on the display. The notification
and the red light remain active until the refrigerator re-enters the target range.
The device is in emergency mode and is switched back to normal mode by acknowledgement.
Caution: Only possible when the device is cooling in the setpoint range again.
Door open:
If the door is open for longer than 120 seconds, an acoustic alarm sounds and an alarm
notification also appears in the display. The buzzer can be switched off with the "Alarm off"
button. The "door open" notification appears on the display. The notification and the red light
remain active until the refrigerator is closed again.
Sensor error:
If a sensor is not connected correctly or is damaged, the red LED lights up and the buzzer sounds.
The buzzer can be switched off with the „Alarm off" button. The display shows the message
„Sensor error". The notification and the red light remain active until the sensor is correctly
connected or replaced. The device is in emergency mode and is switched back to normal mode
by acknowledgement. Caution: Only possible when the defective sensors have been
replaced or correctly connected.
Internal temperature:
If a difference >5 degrees between the upper and lower sensor is detected or the internal
temperature drops below 3 degrees, the red LED starts to light up and the buzzer sounds.
The buzzer can be switched off with the „Alarm off" button.
The display shows the message „Internal temperature". The device is in emergency mode
and is switched back to normal mode by acknowledgement. Caution: Only possible when
the device is cooling in the setpoint range again.
