Limited Warranty
Warranty Restrictions
The warranty covers the occurrence of material and workmanship
defects, subject to exclusions and limitations as defined in the
warranty terms. The warranty applies from the date of the original
retails purchase for the following periods 24 months for the
handsets, 6 months for the battery and accessories.
Note:
Please make sure the valid invoice and warranty card are provided
when you perform maintenance on the product. The completed
package is also needed when return or replace the product.
Exclusions and Limitations
This warranty is invalid under one of the following circumstances:
• No valid invoice and warranty card;
• Normal wear or tear of the equipment;
• Scratches or damage to plastic surface and all the other externally
parts that are due to normal customer use;
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence or accidents;
• Unauthorized disassembly, repair or modification being carried out;
• Improper testing, operation, or maintenance;
• Wrong connection, connect the phone with wrong charger or
other accessories that not fit for the product;

The Bluetooth® word mark and logos are owned by
the Bluetooth SIG, Inc. and any use of such marks
by Device Manufacturer and its affiliates is under
license. Other trademarks and trade names are
those of their respective owners.
