Use a limited power source (LPS) with either a rated output power limited to ≤100 W
or a rated output current limited to ≤5 A.

Install the Hardware
Read all the instructions before preparing to install the network camera since several installation
preparation steps require removing the top cover and would benefit from being completed together.
• Remove the protective packaging before installing the camera.
• The product is supplied with a clear transparent dome cover (premounted) and a smoked
transparent dome cover. To replace the dome cover, see Replace the Dome Cover on
page 15.
• A standard or high capacity SD card (not included) can be used to store recordings locally
in the product. The sunshield must be removed to install/remove an SD card, see Install
an SD Card on page 16.
• To install the product using a compatible bracket from AXIS T91A Mounting Accessories
(sold separately), see Install the Camera on a Bracket Mount (sold separately) on page 16.
Remove the Protective Packaging
See Hardware Overview on page 10 for location of components.
1. Loosen the four top cover screws and remove the top cover.
2. Remove the protective packaging.
