INSTALLATION

The EUROLTE LED Neon Flex 230V EC system is a versatile and user friendly linear lighting device. It can
be cut and bent and formed in the field and easily installed on flat surfaces of varied materials, such as
wood, plastic, steel, or on walls to form all kinds of pattern according to your design.
Procedure:
Step 1: Unpack the individual components.
Step 2: In order to design the desired patterns, draw the form onto the surface and attach the aluminum
mounting channels.
Step 3: Insert the light tubes into the mounting channels with the illuminating side upwards.
Step 4: Connect the light tubes. Make sure the poles of the connecting pins are correct. You can connect
as many tubes as desired up to a maximum total length of 100 m. The tube is splash-proof
(IP 44) which makes it suitable for outdoor applications. Nevertheless, you have to insulate the
connectors, the power connector and the end cap with the supplied heat shrink tubes for outdoor
use.
Cutting marks
The lighting tube may only be cut on the indicated mark every 100 cm.
